摘要
针对电梯125%额定载荷制动试验时发生安全钳动作的一则案例,通过采用动态信号测试系统和电梯品质分析仪,测试试验过程中轿厢加速度及制动器工作状态,结合动力学模型,对制动过程进行深入分析,查找安全钳动作的原因,并提出几点建议。
Aiming at a case of safety gear to be triggered in 125% rated load braking test of elevator,the braking process is analyzed to find out the cause of safety gear action by using dynamic signal tester and elevator quality analyzer to test car acceleration and brake working state in the whole test process,and combined with dynamic model.Finally some suggestions are put forward.
