摘要
采用基于巨磁阻效应的角度敏感芯片TLE5012B,设计安装于采煤机摇臂销轴处的摇臂角度传感器。为解决传感器井下工作环境温度适应性问题,以MG750/1915-WD型采煤机为原型建立摇臂三维模型,采用Comsol Multiphysics软件对传感器安装处温度进行仿真,得到传感器安装位置处的环境温度为49.4~71.2℃。以此为基础对传感器进行元件选型与结构设计,并在40~80℃下进行温度特性实验。结果表明,在此温度下传感器测量误差较小,最大绝对误差为0.04°,最大满量程百分比误差为0.033%。传感器可适应井下温度环境。
Used the angle sensitive chip TLE5012B based on the giant magnetoresistance effect, the rocker arm angle sensor installed on the rocker arm pin of shearer was designed. In order to solve the problem of temperature adaptability of sensor underground working environment, taking MG750/1915-WD shearer as the prototype, the three-dimensional model of rocker arm was established, and Comsol Multiphysics software was used to simulate the temperature of sensor installation position, and obtained that the environment temperature of sensor installation position is 49.4 ~71.2 ℃. On this basis, the sensor component selection and structure design were carried out, and the temperature characteristic experiment was carried out at 40~80 ℃. The results show that the measurement error of the sensor is small at this temperature, the maximum absolute error is 0.04°, the maximum percentage error of full scale is 0.033%. This sensor can adapt to the underground temperature environment.
