鱼尾板连接装配式组合剪力墙力学性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 装配式建筑在国家政策的大力支持下逐渐兴起,钢板混凝土组合剪力墙结构作为一种高效的抗侧力结构体系与装配式建筑的结合成为土木工程领域研究的热点.结合钢板混凝土组合剪力墙的自身特点,本文提出了一种基于内填钢板预留鱼尾板进行连接的装配式节点连接方式,并分别对采用鱼尾板咬合、鱼尾板对接的组合剪力墙承载性能进行非线性有限元分析.结果表明,采用鱼尾板进行节点连接的装配式组合剪力墙是一种切实可行的方法,鱼尾板咬合齿数对组合剪力墙承载性能影响较小,鱼尾板对接齿数对组合剪力墙延性性能影响较大,钢板厚度对于组合剪力墙极限承载力有较大影响.在此基础上,提出了装配式组合剪力墙承载力计算方法,并对鱼尾板咬合齿数、鱼尾板对接齿数和钢板厚度等参数进行了推荐,为推动其在工程中的应用提供一定参考. Pefabricated buildings gradually rise with the support of national policies.As an efficient combination of resistant-lateral structure system and prefabricated buildings,steel plate-concrete composite shear wall structure has become a research hotspot in the field of civil engineering.Based on the characteristics of steel plate-concrete composite shear wall,this paper proposed a kind of prefabricated node connection technique by using reserved fish plates extended from the inner steel plates.Nonlinear finite element analysis on bearing behavior of composite shear wall with fish plates bite connection and fish plates butting connection were carried out respectively.The results show that prefabricated shear wall connected by fish plate is a feasible method,and the number of bite teeth of fish plate has little influence on bearing behavior of composite shear wall,while the number of butting teeth of fish plate and the thickness of steel plate have big effect on bearing behavior of composite shear wall.Based on these analyses,a calculation method for the bearing capacity of the prefabricated composite shear wall is proposed,and reasonable recommendations are made on the number of bite teeth of fish plate,the number of butting teeth of fish plate,and the thickness of steel plate,which provide a reference for promoting its application in engineering.
