摘要
河北晋州周家庄自1949年成立农业生产互助组,历经初级社、高级社、人民公社,直到1983年成立农工商合作社至今,始终实行社、队两级所有,乡统一核算管理体制。周家庄基于合作社的体制,发展了五大现代农业基地,创办各种集体企业,充分发挥出农村在地的内生发展动力;依托大集体的经济实力和合作社的组织优势,很好的进行了属地文化、教育、卫生等方面治理。周家庄合作社将在地的农民组织起来,合理利用在地资源,在农业规模经营的基础上,融合发展一二三产业,这种模式对新时代中国社会主义乡村振兴有着独特的启示意义。
Zhoujiazhuang established the Agricultural Production Mutual Aid Group in 1949. It has gone through the primary,senior,and people’s communes until the establishment of the Agricultural-industrial-commercial Cooperative in 1983. Under the ownership of cooperative and communes,it has always implemented a unified accounting management system at the township levels.Based on the cooperative system,Zhoujiazhuang has developed five modern agricultural bases and established various collective enterprises to give full play to the endogenous development momentum of the rural areas;relying on the economic strength of the large collective and the organizational advantages of the cooperative,the governance of the local culture,education,health and other aspects goes well. The Zhoujiazhuang Cooperative organizes local farmers,rationally utilizes local resources,and integrates and develops primary,secondary and tertiary industries on the basis of agricultural scale operations. This model has unique enlightenment for the revitalization of socialist rural areas in China in the new era.
