摘要
目的分析手外伤患者应用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术临床护理效果。方法选择2019年3月—2020年3月该院行腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术手外伤患者97例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组48例予以常规护理,研究组49例使用综合护理,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果研究组TAM、MMT、Barthel评分分别为(216.57±20.48)°、MMT(4.07±1.04)级、(57.67±7.87)分,均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(t=2.951、3.676、4.792,P<0.05);研究组满意度91.84%比对照组77.08%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.037,P<0.05);研究组并发症率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.189,P<0.05)。结论将综合护理应用于行腹部带蒂皮瓣修复术手外伤患者中,有助于手部功能恢复,可减少患者并发症发生,还能提升其自理能力及满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of patients with hand trauma using abdominal pedicle flap repair.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,97 patients with hand trauma underwent abdominal pedicle skin flap repair were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.48 cases in the control group received routine care,and 49 cases in the study group received comprehensive nursing,compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The TAM,MMT,and Barthel scores of the study group were(216.57±20.48)°,MMT(4.07±1.04)grade,and(57.67±7.87)points,respectively,which were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.951,3.676,4.792,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the study group was 91.84% higher than that of the control group 77.08%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.037,P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.189,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing hand trauma underwent abdominal pedicle flap repair can help recover hand function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their self-care ability and satisfaction.
