摘要
目的研究分析治疗风湿寒性关节痛的疗效。方法2018年12月—2019年11月之间在该院选取64例风湿寒性关节痛患者,采用随机数字法将患者分为两组,对照组口服洛索洛芬钠片,治疗组口服复方玄驹胶囊联合洛索洛芬钠片,分析临床治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组比较:关节疼痛(0.52±0.51)分vs(1.00±0.53)分、晨僵时间(4.78±3.84)min vs(7.62±4.36)min、DAS28评分(1.37±0.72)分vs(1.80±0.99)分、总有效率(84.38%)vs(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.743,P=0.024)。结论复方玄驹胶囊治疗风湿寒性关节痛的疗效显著,对风湿寒性关节痛的病患恢复有着较大的帮助,对疼痛等相关病症有着较强的缓解作用,具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of treating rheumatic-cold joint pain.Methods Between December 2018 and November 2019,64 patients with rheumatic arthralgia were selected in the hospital,and the patients were divided into two groups by random number method.The control group took loxoprofen sodium tablets and the treatment group Oral compound Xuanju capsule combined with loxoprofen sodium tablets to analyze the clinical therapeutic effect.Results Comparison between the treatment group and the control group:joint pain(0.52±0.51)points vs(1.00±0.53)points,morning stiffness(4.78±3.84)min vs(7.62±4.36)min,DAS28 score(1.37±0.72)points vs(1.80±0.99)points,total effective rate(84.38%)vs(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.743,P=0.024).Conclusion Fufang Xuanju Capsule is effective in the treatment of rheumatic arthralgia.It is of great help in the recovery of patients with rheumatic arthralgia,has a strong relieving effect on pain and other related diseases,and has a good clinical effect.
