摘要
目的:探讨电针对远端胃癌根治术术后患者快速康复的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2020年9月之间在中国医学科学院肿瘤医院胰胃外科住院患者60例,依纳入标准、排除标准选取胃癌术后患者入组。将患者分为2组,每组各30例,分为针刺组、假针刺组。采用“复元活血通腑针”,取百会、内关、天枢、足三里穴,电针治疗20 min,每日一次,至术后第5 d。观察术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间等。结果:两组患者一般情况、诊断、手术情况和手术方式,组间无显著性差异。连续治疗至术后第5 d后,电针组平均排气时间(3.30±0.79)d,平均排便时间(4.23±0.82)d;假针刺组平均排气时间(4.17±0.75)d,平均排便时间(5.33±0.92)d。组间比较,术后首次排气时间、排便时间方面,电针组数据显著优于假针刺组(P<0.01)。术后胃管拔除时间、止痛药使用情况方面,电针组显著优于假针刺组(P<0.01)。进食时间、住院时间方面,电针组所需时间均相对假针刺组显著缩短短(P<0.01)。结论:电针对胃癌术后患者快速康复具有促进作用,能够促进术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短病人住院时间并且减少止痛药用量。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of the FuyuanHuoxueTongfuzhen electroacupuncture treatment on patients after distant gastric cancer surgery.Methods:60 gastric cancer patients undergoing surgery who were enrolled at Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from September 2018 to September 2019 June were selected and,on the basis of whether they opted to receive the FuyuanHuoxueTongfuzhen electroacupuncture treatment or not,were divided into the treatment group(n=30)and sham treatment group(n=30).Acupoints of FuyuanHuoxueTongfuzhen included Baihui(CV 20),Neiguan(PC 6),Tianshu(ST 25)and Zusanli(ST 36).The patients were treated for 20 minutes once a day.At the 5th day,the time of first exhaust and defecation,and the hospitalised stay were collected and analyzed.Results:There were no significant difference of general situation,diagnosis and operation situation of the patients in the two groups before the operation.At the 5th day,the time of first exhaust in the treatment group was(3.30±0.79)d,significantly shorter than(4.17±0.75)d in the sham treatment group(P<0.01);the time of first defecation in the treatment group was(4.23±0.82)d,significantly shorter than(5.33±0.92)d in the sham treatment group(P<0.01).The removal time of gastric tuber and antalgesic usage in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the sham treatment group(P<0.01).The oral intake time and postoperative hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly earlier than those in the sham treatment group(P<0.01)Conclusions:FuyuanHuoxueTongfuzhen electroacupuncture treatment is effective for promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shortening postoperative hospitalization in patients with gastric cancer and reducing the antalgesic dose.
