摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,广大农民对优美生态环境的需要日益增长。然而,广大农村地区却存在着农民生态意识淡薄,乡镇企业漠视生态环境保护,生态治理体制机制不健全等问题影响和制约着广大农民对优美生态环境需要的满足。为此,就要多管齐下培育生态文明意识,多措并举重树乡镇企业的生态责任,健全完善农村生态治理体制机制,努力走出困境,建设美丽农村,不断满足广大农民日益增长的优美生态环境需要。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and farmers’needs for a beautiful ecological environment are increasing day by day.However,the poor ecological awareness of farmers in the vast rural areas,the ignorance of the ecological environment by township and village enterprises,and the imperfect rural ecological governance system and mechanisms have affected the ecological environment and restricted farmers'satisfaction of the needs of a beautiful ecological environment.To this end,it is necessary to cultivate the awareness of ecological civilization in a multi-pronged approach,take multiple measures to establish the ecological responsibilities of township enterprises,improve the rural ecological governance system and mechanism,and strive to overcome the predicament,build a beautiful countryside,and continue to meet the growing beautiful ecology of farmers Environmental needs.
