摘要 智慧工地集成化综合应用技术,是利用无线物联技术和物联网感知技术及控制设备对施工现场各智慧工地子系统数据进行采集和集中管理,建立标准化应用方法和统一平台接口,解决了各分项技术壁垒问题,实现了集成化综合应用.综合应用具体包含:集成创新智能监控技术,对危险性较大的分部分项工程全程时时监控,保障了施工安全;环境监测及降尘除霾联动应用、无线能耗监测及节能控制、雨水回收联动屋面智能降温、施工人员精确定位等智能监测技术,建立了新型节能环保绿色工地;无线巡航、智慧工地智联体系应用、沉浸式VR体验、智能化自主采购等智慧工地管理技术,显著提高了管理水平和工作效率.本成果通过自主创新、集成应用,突破了各项技术封闭不兼容的现状,取得良好管理效果和经济效益. An integrated and comprehensive application technology of smart construction sites is established,which uses wireless Internet of Things(IoT)technology,IoT sensing technology,and control equipment to collect and centrally manage the data of various smart construction site subsystems on the construction site.Standardized application methods and unified platform interfaces have been established,and the problem of technical barriers has be solved by the integrated and comprehensive applications.The comprehensive application specifically includes:combination of innovative and intelligent monitoring technology,and the monitoring of the more dangerous sub-item projects throughout the whole process,which guarantee the construction safety;research and development of environmental monitoring and dust reduction and haze linkage applications,wireless energy consumption monitoring and energy saving control,rainwater recovery linkage roof intelligent cooling,precise positioning of construction workers,and other intelligent monitoring technologies,the establishment of new energy-saving and environmentally friendly green construction sites;wireless cruise,smart construction site intelligent connection system application,immersive VR experience,intelligent independent procurement and other smart site management technologies.These technologies have significantly improved the management level and work efficiency.Through independent innovation and integrated application,this achievement breaks through the closed and incompatible status of various technologies and achieves good management effects and economic benefits.
