摘要
通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸性能测试,分析了废水处理用TA10弯管的失效原因。结果表明:TA10弯管内壁氧化严重,在较高温度下弥散相消失导致其力学性能下降,并在高压流体冲刷作用下发生冲蚀,从而导致弯管薄弱区发生破裂。
Through metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile performance testing,the reasons for the failure of TA10 elbows for waste water treatment were analyzed.The results show that the inner wall of TA10 elbow was seriously oxidized.The disappearance of dispersion phase at higher temperature resulted in the decrease of elbow′s mechanical properties.And erosion occurred under the action of high pressure fluid flushing,leading to the cracking of the weakened area of the elbow.
