摘要
太赫兹(terahertz, THz)成像技术有广泛的应用前景,但受现有太赫兹辐射源限制,传统太赫兹成像技术采用点扫描探测方式,导致图像采集时间过长,限制了该技术的进一步发展和应用。为了提高太赫兹成像速度,近几年提出了许多技术方案。简要介绍了传统的点扫描太赫兹成像技术,分析了影响太赫兹成像速度的原因,综述了包括快速扫描成像、太赫兹单像素成像、太赫兹波电光调制二维成像、二维太赫兹波探测器阵列(太赫兹相机)直接成像等太赫兹成像技术及其优缺点。
Terahertz(THz)imaging has shown a wide application prospect.However,due to the limitation of existing THz sources,the traditional THz imaging uses point scanning method,which leads to too long image acquisition time and limits the further development and application of this technology.In order to improve the imaging speed,many technical schemes have been proposed in recent years.In this paper,we introduce briefly the traditional point scanning imaging technique and analyze the factors that affect the imaging speed.We summarize the strategies to improve the THz imaging speed,including fast scanning imaging,single pixel imaging,electro-optic modulated two-dimensional imaging,direct imaging with two-dimensional detector array(THz camera),as well as their advantages and disadvantages.
