摘要 通过聚焦"90后"工薪族青年群体,探究青年自我价值感及其实现路径。从身体价值感、家庭价值感和社会价值感角度描绘青年自我价值感在消费社会中的塑造与丧失的途径。自我价值矛盾性是青年自我价值感形塑的重要特征。价值多元化、阶层固化和科技的双重性造成青年价值矛盾的主要根源。构建"参与-保障"青年自我价值观冲突的融合路径,青年自我价值的实现需要青年自身的努力和国家和社会给予制度的保障,在成为社会治理有力量的主体的过程中实现自我个人价值和社会价值的统一。 By focusing on the "post-90 s" youth workers, this paper explores the youth’s sense of self-worth and the realization path. From the perspective of body value, family value and social value, this paper describes the ways of shaping and losing youth’s self-worth in the consumer society. The contradiction of self-worth is an important feature of the shaping of youth’s sense of self-worth. The value pluralism, the solidification of social stratum and the duality of science and technology are the main causes of the value contradiction of youth. The realization of youth’s self-worth needs the youth’s own efforts and the institutional guarantee given by the state and society. In the process of becoming a powerful subject of social governance, the unity of self-personal value and social value can be realized.
