摘要
由于建筑及用能设备的节能标准逐渐提高、设备的运行效率逐年下降,对室内参数要求较高的公共建筑以及年代较久的建筑越来越不符合新的节能要求,故对既有公共建筑进行能耗核查、能耗诊断和针对能耗高的问题采取节电措施等工作迫在眉睫。在某国企的4个服务区域进行实地调研,基于建筑与设备信息、往年能耗数据以及实地调研数据,利用分项计量能耗数据分析的方法,进行能耗核查,将总能耗分为空调能耗、照明能耗和特殊设备能耗三部分,分析其节电潜力,并量化改造效果。通过对比非供暖能耗指标、制冷设备性能系数(COP)和照明功率密度(LPD)等指标,发现各区域的能耗并未达到标准的引导值,其中,区域2和区域3的能耗高于限定值,有较大的偏差值。各服务区域有很大的节电空间和必要性。以此为基础,针对空调能耗和照明能耗部分进行了节电改造,并分析了节电改造的效果。
As the energy-saving standards of buildings and equipment are gradually increasing,and the operating efficiency of equipment is declining,public buildings with higher requirements for indoor parameters and older buildings are increasingly inconsistent with new energy saving requirements,it is extremely urgent to carry out energy consumption verification,energy consumption diagnosis and energy saving measures for high energy consumption problems in existing public buildings. Four service areas of a state-owned enterprise are researched on-site. Based on building and equipment information,energy consumption data in previous years,and field research data,the sub-metering energy consumption data analysis is useful for energy consumption verification,the total energy consumption is classified into three parts including air-conditioning system,lighting system and special equipment,analyzing its power saving potential,and quantifying the effect of transformation. By comparing non-heating energy consumption indicators,refrigeration equipment performance coefficient( COP) and lighting power density(LPD) and other indicators,it is found that the energy consumption of each area does not meet the standard guide value,and the energy consumption of area 2 and area 3 is higher than the limit value. Each service area has a lot of power saving space and necessity. Based on this,the energy-saving transformation of airconditioning energy consumption and lighting energy consumption was carried out,and the effect of energy-saving transformation was analyzed.
