摘要
智慧能源管理平台是实现大型公共建筑用能精细化管理,提升建筑能效水平,降低建筑能源消耗的重要手段。结合苏州现代传媒广场智慧能源管理平台的建设和运营,重点探讨了智慧能源管理平台在能耗计量、能耗数据分析、用能安全管理、配电智能化、智慧照明、商业租户预付费管理等方面的应用研究,并对平台建设带来的经济效益和社会效益进行了分析。
Intelligent energy management platform is an important means to achieve refined energy management of large public buildings,improve building energy efficiency,and reduce building energy consumption. Based on the construction and operation of intelligent energy management platform in Suzhou Modern Media Plaza, this paper mainly discusses the application of intelligent energy management platform in energy measurement,energy data analysis,energy safety management,intelligent distribution,intelligent lighting,and commercial tenant prepayment management. And this paper also analyzes the economic and social benefits brought by the platform construction.
