摘要
本文对比分析了不同时间三磁精矿矿样的变化、得出了随着时间推移,焙烧磁选三磁精矿铁品位逐步下降,原矿中菱铁矿含量发生变化导致三磁精矿铁品位下降,氧化钙、氧化镁及烧损量增加。不同捕收剂用量试验结果表明,在基本接近浮选精矿中SiO_(2)含量时,捕收剂用量:GE609(180g/t)>盐酸十二胺(150g/t)>2020年YG-328B(130g/t)。
The paper compares and analyzes the changes of three magnetic concentrate samples at different times.It is concluded that with the passage of time,the iron grade of roasting magnetic separation three magnetic concentrate gradually decreases,and the siderite content in raw ore changes which leads to the decrease of iron grade of three magnetic concentrate,and the Cao,MgO content and burning loss increase.The test results of different collector dosage show that the collector dosage is GE609(180g/t)>dodecylamine hydrochloride(150g/t)>YG-328B(130g/t)in 2020 when it is close to the SiO_(2) content in flotation concentrate.
