摘要
目的通过对锦州市医学生体成分与反应时、平衡力的测量,分析三者的现状及关系。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取锦州市医学大学生并测量其体成分、反应时和平衡力,数据使用SPSS 17.0统计软件,采用运用t检验、χ2检验、相关分析等统计学方法进行分析。结果BMI、体脂肪率、腰臀比和反应时均存在性别差异(P<0.05),平衡力不存在性别差异(P>0.05)。BMI和体脂率不同等级构成均存在性别差异(P<0.05),腰臀比不同等级构成无性别差异(P>0.05)。男生BMI、体脂肪率和腰臀比与反应时的相关系数分别为-0.141、-0.168和-0.140(P<0.05),而女生不存在相关关系(P>0.05);男生和女生BMI、体脂肪率和腰臀比与单脚站立时间均无线性相关关系(P>0.05)。结论男女医学生的BMI、体脂肪率、腰臀比和反应时存在性别差异,平衡力不存在性别差异。男生BMI、体脂肪率和腰臀比与反应时间存在线性相关关系,而女生不存在相关关系。
Objective To analyze the current situation and relationship among body composition,reaction time and balance force of medical students in Jinzhou by measuring them respectively.Methods Medical students in Jinzhou were selected randomly and their body composition,reaction time and balance force were measured.The data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS 17.0,and statistical methods such as t test,χ2 test and correlation analysis were also used for analysis.Results There were gender differences in BMI,body fat rate,waist-hip ratio and reaction time(P<0.05),but there was no gender difference in balance force(P>0.05).There were gender differences in different grades of BMI and body fat rate(P<0.05),but there was no gender difference in different grades of waist-hip ratio(P>0.05).The correlation coefficients of BMI,body fat rate and waist-hip ratio with reaction time were respectively-0.141,-0.168 and-0.140 in male students(P<0.05),but no correlation was found in female students.There was no linear correlation between BMI,body fat rate,waist-hip ratio and standing time on one leg in male and female students(P>0.05).Conclusion There are gender differences between BMI,body fat rate,waist-hip ratio and reaction time of medical students,but there is no gender difference in balance force.BMI,body fat percentage and waist-hip ratio are linearly correlated with reaction time in male students,but not in female students.
