摘要
随着社会经济的发展和城市化的深入,我国建筑行业取得了长足的进步,建筑的数量越来越多、规模越来越大。这不仅为建筑企业带来了巨大的发展机遇,同时也带来了很多困难和挑战。对建筑企业而言,要想使建筑工程顺利进行,就须重视建筑施工的安全管理问题。在建筑施工的过程中,安全是第一要素,任何施工环节都须遵循以人为本的原则,以安全为前提。在实际建筑施工过程中,安全管理还存在很多问题,安全管理制度不完善、施工人员安全意识不足、从业人员素质低等,严重影响了建筑施工的安全管理效率和质量,甚至会危及施工人员的生命。因此,研究建筑施工安全管理中存在的问题,采取针对性的措施加强安全管理,防止安全事故的发生有重要意义。探讨当前建筑施工安全管理中存在的问题及加强建筑施工安全管理的措施。
With the development of social economy and the deepening of urbanization,China's construction industry has made great progress,the number of buildings is increasing,and the scale is growing.This not only brings great development opportunities for construction enterprises,but also brings many difficulties and challenges.For construction enterprises,in order to make the construction project smoothly,we must pay attention to the safety management of construction.In the process of building construction,safety is the first element.Any construction link must follow the principle of people-oriented and safety as the premise.However,in the actual construction process,there are still many problems in safety management,such as imperfect safety management system,insufficient safety awareness of construction personnel and low quality of employees,which seriously affect the safety management efficiency and quality of construction,and even endanger the lives of construction personnel.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems existing in the construction safety management and take targeted measures to strengthen the safety management and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the current construction safety management and the measures to strengthen the construction safety management.
