摘要
随着冷战的结束,世界开启多极化进程,海峡两岸在传承中华文化的情势上发生了一些变化。中国大陆地区在改革开放的推动下,经济持续、快速发展,文化建设与改革发展协同促进。中国台湾地区虽然经历过亚洲四小龙的辉煌,可因为岛内政治动荡,中华文化的根基日益遭到破坏。同时,两岸在这30年里通过外交、海外华侨和媒体影视等多个层面为传播和弘扬中华文化作出过积极贡献。新时代面对传承与发扬中华文化之重任,两岸有必要携手同心。而面对台湾日渐消极的文化政策,大陆正在加强对台文化交流的引领。
In the 1990s,with the end of the Cold War,the world began a process of multi-polarization,and some changes occurred in the inheritance of Chinese culture on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.With the promotion of reform and opening,Chinese mainland's economy has sustained and rapid development,and cultural construction and reform-development have been promoted in concert.Although the Taiwan region of China has experienced the glory of The Four Asian Tigers,the foundation of Chinese culture has been increasingly destroyed due to political turmoil on the island.At the same time,the two sides of the Taiwan Strait have made positive contributions to the spread and promotion of Chinese culture through diplomacy,overseas Chinese,media,film and television and other levels in the past 30 years.In the new era,facing the important task of inheriting and promoting Chinese culture,it is necessary for the two sides of the strait to join hands.In the face of Taiwan's increasingly negative cultural policies,the mainland must and is strengthening its leading role in cultural exchanges with Taiwan.
