企业新型学徒制试点实施对策与建议

摘要 新型学徒制是企业为主导下的现代学徒制形式。5年多的试点工作在取得了丰富成果的同时,还存在诸多不足,诸如企业人力资本投资回报率较低、监督评价机制不健全、师徒管理机制欠缺等。本文深入剖析企业新型学徒制试点工作成效,并提出相应对策与建议,为企业新型学徒制的实施提供参考。 New apprenticeship is a modern form of apprenticeship led by enterprises.The pilot work of more than five years has achieved rich results,but at the same time,there are still many shortcomings,such as the low rate of return on human capital investment,the imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism,the lack of apprenticeship management mechanism and so on.This paper deeply analyzes the results of the New Apprenticeship pilot work in enterprises,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference for the implementation of the New Apprenticeship in enterprises.
