摘要
随着空调技术的不断发展,市场上空调的种类越来越多。但由于空调制冷系统的原理是相同的,这就导致空调制冷系统的设计也基本相同,这种现象在中央空调制冷系统中更为明显,中央空调外形体积较大,不像家用空调结构小巧灵活,同一类型的中央空调外形基本一致,其主要制冷部件的安装位置基本一致,最终使得制冷系统基本一致。由于中央空调制冷系统的这种“单一性”,导致初入这个行业的从业者,很少有机会参与全新空调制冷系统的设计,基本上都是在现有空调系统的基础上,做一些简单的部件变更或优化升级,不利于提升其整机空调系统设计的能力。文章主要根据工作中空调制冷系统设计经验,简单介绍下风冷冷水中央空调的系统设计方法,包含制冷部件选型方法、系统管径设计方法等。
As the development of air conditioning,there are more and more types of air conditioner on the market.Due to the principle of refrigeration system is the same,the design of refrigeration system is almost the same,which is obviously in central air conditioning refrigeration system.Because the appearance of central air conditioner is very big,unlike the small and flexible structure of household air conditioner,this leads to the appearance of different central air conditioner look almost the same,which causes the main refrigeration components installed almost in the same position,and the refrigeration system also seems no difference.As a result,practitioners starting in this industry rarely have the opportunity to participate in the design of new air-conditioning refrigeration systems.Basically,they just make some simple component changes or optimization upgrades on the basis of existing air-conditioning systems,which is not conducive to improving their ability to design overall air-conditioning systems.This paper mainly introduces the design method of air-cooled water chiller central air-conditioning refrigeration system based on the design experience in work,including refrigeration components selection,system piping diameter design method and so on.
