摘要
轨道交通网络化发展导致线路之间的交叉穿越日益增多,地铁新建车站下穿既有车站土建技术尚无统一认识。在国内工程案例分析的基础上,系统归纳了现有穿越技术措施,并以国内目前穿越规模最大的北京地铁6号线苹果园站下穿1号线苹果园站工程为例,介绍了各类土建技术措施在该工程中的应用。研究表明:(1)可从既有车站沉降的影响来源、传播路径和保护对象3个方面归纳常规采用的各类技术措施,并可从上述3个方面进行既有站的沉降控制;(2)针对超大规模新建车站下穿既有车站工程,创新采用的丝杠横梁支顶辅以高压补浆工艺在PBA工法梁柱体系形成后对抑制既有车站后期沉降起到关键性的作用;(3)工法选择、超前加固、开挖跨度、施工顺序等措施应在分析各施工阶段沉降产生机理的基础上,对症下药,综合施策。本文成果可为类似穿越工程提供借鉴。
Development of rail transport network has caused an increasing number of crossing points between metro lines. However,no united knowledge has yet been formed on the construction technology of new built station passing underneath an existing one. Based on analysis of the domestic project cases,existing crossing technological measures were summarized systematically,next,an example which is the greatest scale of crossing in domesticPingguoyuan Metro Station of Beijing Metro Line 6 passing underneath another of Beijing Metro Line 1 was taken for,and various construction technological measures being applied in this project are introduced. Results indicate that:( 1) conventional adopted technological measures can be summarized from three aspects,such as settlement influence sources of existing metro station,travel path and object of protection.( 2) aimed at super-large scale metro station passing underneath an existing one,innovatively adopted technology of screw and beam supporting accompanied by high pressure concrete supplement played a key role in controlling post settlement of existing metro station after formation of beam-column system of PBA method.( 3) the selection of construction method,advancing consolidation,excavation span,construction sequence and other measures should be based on the analysis of the mechanism of settlement in each construction stage,and the comprehensive measures should be taken. Research of this paper may provide references for similar crossing projects.
