摘要
高校基层党组织是党指导高等教育工作的战斗堡垒。该文从以党建凝聚人心、以党建引领创新、以党建坚守初心等方面,探讨了基层教师党支部以党建引领为抓手,结合自身的专业特色,全面、深入、系统地落实习近平总书记关于发展高等教育的重要讲话精神,建设“双一流”学科,培养肩负国家科技发展重任的创新型人才的若干措施和经验。
Grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities are the fighting bastion of the Party in higher education.Starting from uniting people’s hearts with Party building,leading innovation with Party building,and sticking to the original aspiration with Party building,this paper discusses the measures and experience of comprehensively,further and systematically implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches on developing higher education,building“double first-class”disciplines,and cultivating innovative talents who are responsible for the development of national science and technology,with the leadership of grassroots Party branches for teachers as the basis and combined with the characteristics of specific majors.
