摘要
随着设备国产化改造需求的日益增长,国产芯片的应用也愈加广泛,但大部分国产芯片的功能和性能最初并不稳定,这直接影响了使用芯片的设备的稳定性。为了提高测试效率和准确性,设计一种针对国产芯片的自动测试方法,可以对多块芯片进行长时间全自动的功能和性能测试,筛选出缺陷样本,大大减轻了人工测试的工作量,提高了设备稳定性。
With the increasing demand for localization transformation,the application of domestic chips has become more and more extensive.However,the functional performance of most domestic chips is not stable at the beginning,which directly affects the stability of the equipment.In order to improve the test efficiency and accuracy,this paper provides an automatic test method for domestic chips,which can carry out long-term automatic function and performance tests on multiple chips,screen out defect samples,greatly reduce the workload of manual testing,and improve the stability of the equipment.
