摘要
技术转移,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是实现科技与经济结合的重要手段。在“大众创业、万众创新”的社会背景下,科技创业企业快速发展,提高创业型企业的技术转移成功率、对促进科技企业成功创业和迅速成长具有重要意义。文章通过对创业型企业以及创业型企业技术转移工作开展所涉及的相关机构部门的调研,分析了目前创业型企业技术转移工作存在的问题和困难,运用扎根理论研究方法,构建了适合创业型企业技术转移的模式,并为保障创业型企业的技术转移模式顺利实施提出措施建议。
Technology transfer is an important part of national innovation system and an important means to realize the combination of science technology and economy.Under the social background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the rapid development of technology start-up enterprises is of great significance to improve the success rate of technology transfer of entrepreneurial enterprises,and to promote the successful entrepreneurship and rapid growth of science and technology enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in the technology transfer work of entrepreneurial enterprises through the investigation of relevant institutions and departments involved in the technology transfer work of entrepreneurial enterprises,constructs the technology transfer mode suitable for entrepreneurial enterprises by using the grounded theory research method,and puts forward measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the technology transfer mode of entrepreneurial enterprises.
