摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)、交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂、碳酸钙为原料,制得单组份脱醇型微中空玻璃用密封胶。主要研究了107硅橡胶粘度、碳酸钙和交联剂的用量对该密封胶性能的影响,结果表明,使用100份粘度50000mPa.s的107硅橡胶、6份甲基三甲氧基硅烷、辅以其它助剂按此配方制得的醇型密封胶,用作(微)中空玻璃的第二道密封,参照GB/T11944-2012,做露点、耐紫外线辐照性能、水气密封耐久性能的测试来考察密封胶的性能,结果满足中空玻璃的要求,并且相较于其他体系的密封胶,本实验密封胶挥发性有机物较低,测试VOC含量为80μg/g,低挥发性,绿色环保,满足GB33372-2020胶粘剂挥发性有机化合物限量的要求。
A one-component dealcoholized micro-insulating glass sealant is prepared withα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(107 silicone rubber),cross-linking agent,coupling agent,catalyst,calcium carbonate as raw materials.Mainly studied the influence of 107 silicone rubber viscosity,calcium carbonate and crosslinking agent dosage on the performance of the sealant.The results show that the formula that 100 parts of 107 silicone rubber with a viscosity of 50000 mPa.s,6 parts of methyltrimethoxysilane,and other additives can be used as the second seal of(micro)insulating glass.Refer to GB/T11944-2012 to test the performance of dew point,ultraviolet radiation resistance,and water-gas seal durability to investigate the performance of the sealant,and the results meet the requirements of insulating glass,and compared with other system sealants,the test sealant has lower volatile organic compounds,and the tested VOC content is 80μg/g,which is low volatility,green and environmental protection,meeting the requirements of GB33372-2020 adhesive volatile organic compound limit.
