高可靠硅压力式静压信号处理电路设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 硅压力式静压信号处理器对接收到的硅压力传感器信号进行处理,得到控制开伞点的开关量信号。硅压力式静压信号处理器电路包括电源电路、电压跟随电路、基准电压比较电路、光耦隔离电路和三取二开关电路五部分。为提高电路性能,对部分电路的结构和参数进行优化,通过优化前、后调试结果比对研究了减小浪涌电流、抑制电源纹波、提高抗干扰能力的方法,并通过仿真计算研究了电路可靠性。结果表明:限流电阻有效抑制浪涌电流;LC滤波减小了电源纹波;依据基准电压比较电路迟滞宽度计算公式,合理调整电路阻值,可以控制迟滞宽度;三取二逻辑判断具有较高的可靠性。可见电路参数微小的调整,可以影响电路性能的合理性,优化后的电路设计合理、改进措施有效。 The silicon pressure static pressure signal processor can provide switch signal for opening umbrella by processing the signal from the silicon pressure sensor.The static pressure signal processor is composed with power circuit,voltage follow circuit,reference voltage comparison circuit,optocoupled isolation circuit and three-in-two switch circuit.In order to improve circuit performance,the structure and parameters of some circuits were optimized.The comparison of debugging results before and after circuit optimization was used to investigate the method of reducing surge current,suppressing power ripple,improving anti-interference ability.At the same time,simulation calculation was used to investigate the circuit reliability.The results show that the current limiting resistor can suppress the surge current.LC filter can reduce power ripple.The hysteresis width can be controlled by adjusting the circuit resistance according to the hysteresis width calculation formula of the reference value comparison circuit.Three-in-two logical judgment can improve the reliability of the system.It can be seen that the small adjustment of circuit parameters can affect circuit performance.Finally,the optimized circuit design is reasonable and the improvement measures are effective can get.
