摘要
[目的]观察乳源木莲果水煎液对小鼠胃肠运动功能及胃动素(MTL)的影响。[方法]将50只昆明种小鼠随机分成5组:空白对照组、胃复安组及乳源木莲果水煎液高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。采用碳末标记的半固体米糊推进实验法及放射免疫法观察小鼠胃排空、小肠推进运动及血清MTL的含量。[结果]与空白对照组比较,胃复安组及乳源木莲果水煎液高、中剂量组可降低胃残留率,加速胃排空(P<0.01或P<0.05);胃复安组及乳源木莲果水煎液高、中、低剂量组均可提高小肠推进率,加速小肠推进运动(P<0.01或P<0.05);乳源木莲果水煎液高、中剂量组可增加小鼠血清中MTL的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]乳源木莲果水煎液可加速小鼠胃排空和小肠推进运动,其作用机制可能与促进内源性MTL分泌有关。
[Objective]To observe the effect of water extract of Manglietia yuyuanensis Law on gastrointestinal motility and motilin(MTL)in mice.[Methods]Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups as blank control group,metoclopramide group and high,medium and low dose groups of water extract of Manglietia yuyua⁃nensis Law,with 10 mice in each group.The gastric emptying,intestinal propulsive movement and serum MTL content in mice were observed by carbon-labeled semi-solid rice paste propulsive test and radioimmunoassay.[Results]Compared with the blank control group,Metoclopramide group,water extract of Manglietia yuyuanensis Law high and medium dose group can reduce the gastric residual rate and accelerate the gastric emptying(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Metoclopramide group and water extract of Manglietia yuyuanensis Law high,medium and low dose group can improve the intestinal propulsive rate and accelerate the intestinal propulsive movement(P<0.01 or P<0.05);water extract of Manglietia yuyuanensis Law high and medium dose group can increase the content of MTL in serum of mice(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion]Water extract of Manglietia yuyuanensis Law can accelerate gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion in mice,and one of its mechanisms may be related to the promotion of endogenous MTL secretion.
