摘要
为了满足零部件在拆装过程中的拆装精度要求,通过分析RRA泵轴承内圈在拆卸过程中的定位误差,提出一种基于尺寸链解法的定位误差计算方法,并按照拆装要求对夹具进行精度优化,最后利用ANSYS Workbench进行了仿真验证。
In order to make parts meet the requirements of disassembly precision in the disassembly process,this paper analyzes the positioning error of RRA pump bearing inner ring in the disassembly process,proposes a positioning error calculation method based on dimensional chain solution method,and carries out precision optimization of fixture according to the requirements of disassembly,and carries out simulation verification by ANSYS Workbench.
