摘要
我国经济发展愈发快速,人们生活水平逐渐提高。各个地区间的交流渐渐增多,也带动了道路桥梁工程的发展。近年来,本国道路工程规模与数量呈现出持续增长的势头,行业间的竞争变得愈发激烈,在这期间,人们也渐渐意识到施工项目管理的关键性,落实好工程项目管理,才能够确保施工顺利展开,最大限度上提高施工单位的经济利益。但是,对当前本国道路桥架工程的动工项目管理状况分析,还有各种问题,对道路桥梁工程的有序施行产生很大的影响。对此,文章就我国道路桥梁工程项目前存有的问题加以分析,并有针对性提出几个加强道路桥梁工程动工项目管理对策。
China's economic development is becoming more and more rapid,and people's living standards are gradually improving.The gradual increase in exchanges between various regions has also led to the development of road and bridge engineering.In recent years,the scale and quantity of road projects in the country have shown a momentum of continuous growth,and competition among industries has become more and more fi erce.During this period,people have gradually realized the importance of construction project management and have implemented good project management to ensure the smooth start of construction and maximize the economic benefi ts of the construction unit.However,there are still various problems in the analysis of the current project management status of the road and bridge projects in the country,which have a great impact on the orderly implementation of road and bridge projects.In this regard,the article analyzes the existing problems of the road and bridge engineering projects,and puts forward several countermeasures to strengthen the management of road and bridge engineering projects.
