摘要
本文采用搭建导管架平台缩比模型,对比研究了电流密度、辅助阳极数量和距离对远地式及拉伸式外加电流阴极保护系统保护效果的影响。结果表明远地式和拉伸式外加电流系统均可以实现对海洋平台的有效保护,屏蔽效应是导致保护电位分布不均匀的主要原因,增加阳极数量可以大幅提高平台保护电位分布的均匀性。由于拉伸式外加电流系统辅助阳极分布更均匀,若通过合理的布置避免屏蔽效应,拉伸式阳极系统需要的发生电流要小于远地式外加电流系统。
The influence of current density,number of auxiliary anodes and the distance between auxiliary anodes and platform on the protection effect of remote and vertical tension ICCP systems was studied by establishing a physical scale model of jacket platform.The results show that both the remote and vertical tension ICCP system can protect the jacket platform effectively.The shielding effect is the main reason for the uneven distribution of the potential.If multiple anodes are used,the uniformity of the potential distribution can be greatly improved.If the shielding effect is avoided by a reasonable arrangement,the current required by the vertical tension ICCP system will be less than that required by the remote ICCP system,because distribution of the auxiliary anodes in the vertical tension applied current system is more uniform.
