饮食护理干预应用于胃癌患者化疗期间的积极作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析在胃癌患者化疗期间采取饮食护理干预对缓解恶心呕吐症状的积极作用。方法选择2019年6月-2020年6月本院收治的化疗胃癌患者80例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各40例。对照组采取常规护理,实验组在对照组基础予以饮食护理干预。根据世界卫生组织毒性反应标准评价两组患者恶心呕吐症状分级情况;调查消化系统不良反应、营养状况及护理满意度。结果在恶心呕吐发生率上,实验组相较对照组更低,同时恶心呕吐0级、1级发生率相较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数水平相较对照组均明显更高(P<0.05)。实验组腹泻、便秘、食欲下降等发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意率相较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理干预应用于胃癌患者化疗期间,可有效减轻恶心呕吐症状,减少消化系统不良反应的出现,改善营养状况,患者满意度较高,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the positive effects of dietary nursing intervention on the relief of nausea and vomiting in patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy.Methods The subjects of this study were 80 cases of students with gastric cancer those receiving chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.The control group took routine care,and the experimental group took diet nursing intervention on this basis.According to the World Health Organization toxicity standards,the two groups of patients were evaluated for the classification of nausea and vomiting;the adverse reactions of the digestive system,nutritional status and nursing satisfaction were investigated.Results In terms of the incidence of nausea and vomiting,the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the incidence of nausea and vomiting of grade 0 and 1 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,serum albumin,and lymphocyte counts in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea,constipation,and loss of appetite in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Diet nursing intervention applied to patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy could effectively alleviate the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of the digestive system,improve the nutritional status,and have high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
