摘要
为在高频率选择性和大带宽的前提下实现小型化,提出一种紧凑非对称双枝节加载的易级联多模谐振滤波器。采用微波网络级联方法,分析优化设计了中心频率为6 GHz的单级、两级和三级多模谐振宽带滤波器。测试结果表明,该滤波器在5.41 mm×7.61 mm(0.21λg×0.29λg)有效尺寸下,带外抑制优于40 dB,损耗小于2.6 dB,相对带宽大于33%。该滤波器具有小型化、宽带、带外抑制强等优点,有利于通信系统和固态雷达收发机的小型化设计。
To achieve miniaturization under the premise of high frequency selectivity and large bandwidth,a compact easily-cascaded multimode resonance filter loaded with asymmetric dual-stub was proposed.Microwave cascade networks method was used to analyze and optimize the design of the single-stage,two-stage and three-stage multimode resonant broadband filters at central frequency of 6 GHz.The measurement results show that the filter has out-of-band suppression better than 40 dB,loss less than 2.6 dB and relative bandwidth over than 33%at the effective size of 5.41 mm×7.61 mm(0.21λg×0.29λg).The filter is superior of miniaturization,broadband and strong out-of-band suppression,which is beneficial for the design of communication system and solid state radar transceiver.
