摘要
大学排球教学当中,最基本的要素即为学生的身体素质,只有保证良好的身体素质,才能更好地保证排球技术得到锻炼、战术得以运用。因此,排球选修学生的专项身体素质锻炼极为关键,作为大学排球专业教师,需不断完善相关的训练方法,教学以锻炼学生身体素质为重。鉴于此,该文分析了大学排球选修教学当中,学生专项身体素质训练的相关方法,意在为相关教师提供经验借鉴。
In college volleyball teaching,the most basic element is the physical fitness of students.Only by ensuring good physical fitness can we better ensure that volleyball skills are exercised and tactics can be used.Therefore,the special physical fitness exercise of volleyball elective students is extremely important.As a university volleyball professional teacher,it is necessary to continuously improve the relevant training methods,and the teaching should focus on the physical fitness of the students.In view of this,the article analyzes the relevant methods of special physical fitness training for students in the elective teaching of college volleyball,which is intended to provide relevant teachers with experience.
