摘要
2014年索契冬奥会面临严峻的安全威胁,俄罗斯政府成立奥运安保指导委员会,投入大量军力、警力和资源,采取隔离索契地区、观众认证、监控通讯、国际合作等措施,保证冬奥会顺利举办。为了确保2022北京冬奥会的安全,我们应学习索契成功的安保经验,动态评估安全风险并及时调整安保策略,加强国际合作、提高安保效率,同时协调好安保与个人隐私的关系,把北京冬奥会打造成安全、欢乐、和谐的世界体育盛事。
The security of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi,Russia was rather severe,facing the threat of terrorism and war.Russian leaders issued presidential decrees to deploy security work,highlighting the great importance laid to the Games.Russian federal government established Olympic Security Steering Committee and invested vast manpower and material resources to ensure the safety of the Winter Olympics,with measures such as isolating Sochi area,audience authentication,communication monitoring and international cooperation,which made Sochi Game the most heavily protected Olympic Games in history.Although there were also some flaws in the security of Sochi Winter Olympic Games,its successful experience enlightens us,which is worthy of our reference to make Beijing Winter Olympic Games a safe,peaceful,happy and harmonious world sports event.
