摘要
农业气象灾害会威胁到农业安全,造成农民收入的减少和下降。从风险评价的角度出发,对农业领域气象灾害风险进行综合评价是十分必要的。对于灾害风险评估领域,应明确风险评估的具体流程和技术方式,然后阐述出天气预报灾害风险评估的未来技术趋势。
From the perspective of risk assessment,it is very necessary to comprehensively evaluate the risks of meteorological disasters in the agricultural field.This is because agrometeorological disasters will threaten agricultural security and cause the reduction and decline of farmers’income.Therefore,in the field of disaster risk assessment,the specific process and technical methods of risk assessment should be clarified,and then the future technical trends of weather forecast disaster risk assessment should be explained.
