高白度、蓝底相钛白粉的制备及其性能

摘要 采用锆盐和锑盐同时对水解偏钛酸进行盐处理,通过控制高温煅烧温度梯度,制得金红石型钛白粉A;再经过连续表面处理制得金红石型钛白粉B。通过一系列的物理、化学测试对产品A和B进行性能分析,说明样品A和样品B的晶型转换充分,经过表面处理的钛白粉表面形成了一层均匀的氧化膜。最后将样品B与市售金红石型钛白粉R做性能对比,样品B具有更好的白度和消色力,符合高白度蓝底相的工艺需求。 The hydrolyzed metatitanic acid is treated with zirconium salt and antimony salt at the same time.By controlling the temperature gradient of high temperature calcination,rutile titanium dioxide A is prepared;and then rutile titanium dioxide B is prepared by continuous surface treatment.The performance analysis of products A and B through a series of physical and chemical tests shows that the crystal form conversion of samples A and B is sufficient,and a uniform oxide film is formed on the surface of the surfacetreated titanium dioxide.Finally,the performance of sample B is compared with commercially available rutile titanium dioxide R.Sample B has better whiteness and color reducing power,which meets the process requirements of high whiteness blue background phase.
