城市收缩背景下基础设施与人口的协调发展研究——以东北地区30个收缩城市为例 被引量:3

Research on the Coordinated Development of Infrastructure and Population in the Context of Urban Shrinkage:A Case Study of 30 Shrinking Cities in Northeast China

摘要 在分析基础设施与人口耦合机制的理论基础之上,以东北地区30个收缩城市为例,构建基础设施和人口综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,对二者耦合协调度进行探究。结果表明:(1)基础设施建设综合水平总体上呈平稳上升趋势,人口综合水平在时间维度上变化不大,稳定性较强;(2)二者耦合协调度基本呈现稳定增长状态,研究期内除鸡西耦合协调度略有下降,其余城市均呈现上升趋势,基础设施滞后型城市占比逐年下降,且除鸡西和牡丹江外,其余城市基础设施滞后数值全部有所下降;(3)空间上耦合协调度地域分异特征显著,城市之间极差程度逐步缩小。协调发展水平较高的城市主要分布在辽中南城市群和哈长城市群,较低的城市则主要分布在省际交界处或资源型城市。 Based on the theoretical analysis of the coupling mechanism between infrastructure and population,this paper takes 30 shrinking cities in Northeast China as examples to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of infrastructure and population,and uses the coupling coordination degree model to explore the coupling coordination degree of the two.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive level of infrastructure construction presents a stable rising trend on the whole,and the comprehensive level of population has little change in the time dimension,with strong stability.(2)The coupling coordination degree of the two basically presents a stable growth state.During the study period,except for Jixi coupling coordination degree,the other cities show a rising trend.The proportion of cities with backward infrastructure decreases year by year,and the lag value of all other cities with backward infrastructure decreases except Jixi and Mudanjiang.(3)Spatially coupled coordination degree of regional differentiation is significant,and the degree of range between cities is gradually reduced.The cities with a higher level of coordinated development are mainly distributed in the southern and Central Liao Cities clusters and the Ha-Chang cities clusters,while the cities with a lower level are mainly distributed in the interprovincial junction or resource-based cities.
