绢纺精练液中丝胶蛋白的氨基酸组成、相对分子量及溶解性的测定 被引量:1

摘要 利用氨基酸自动分析仪对从桑蚕丝条吐精炼液中回收的丝胶蛋白的氨基酸组成进行分析,采用聚丙烯凝胶电泳法对其相对分子质量进行测定,利用紫外分光光度计对其溶解性进行探究。结果表明:丝胶蛋白含有18种氨基酸,其中极性氨基酸占80.39%,丝氨酸占27.52%,天门冬氨酸占15.91%,苏氨酸7.41%;丝胶蛋白的相对分子质量集中分布于17~75 KD;丝胶蛋白溶解性优于大豆分离蛋白。 The purpose of the experiment was to determine the amino acid composition,relative molecular weight and solubility of sericin recovered from silk refining solution,and provide reference for its further research and application.The amino acid composition of sericin protein was investigated by amino acid analyzer.The solubility and relative molecular weight of sericin protein were investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and SDS-PAGE.The results showed that sericin contains 18 kinds of amino acids,of which polar amino acids accounts for 80.39%,serine 27.52%,aspartic acid 15.91%,threonine 7.41%.The molecular weight of sericin is mainly distributed at 17~135KD,and the solubility of sericin is better than that of soy protein isolate.
