摘要
随着交通数据量和种类的急剧增大,单一的交通信息技术已无法满足管理人员管理交通的需求.笔者以天津市交通信息服务系统为例,研究信息服务系统的基础功能和参数算法,以实际案例展示其应用,并探讨数据、技术和决策三个方面相互作用的过程.实例表明,天津市交通信息服务系统已实现交通信息数据标准化、服务智能化,能确保交通管理人员合理有效地管理城市交通.
With the rapid increase in the amount and variety of traffic data,traffic managers need more current integration of traffic information.Taking Tianjin Traffic Information Service System as an example,this paper studies the basic functions and parameter algorithms of information service system,shows the application of its system with practical cases,and explores the interaction process of data,technology and decision.The example shows that Tianjin Traffic Information Service System has realized the standardization of traffic information data and intelligent service,which can ensure the reasonable and effective management of urban traffic by traffic managers.
