摘要
文章首先对高校图书馆阅览室管理与服务相关现有的成果进行了简单梳理,并在此基础上,以深圳大学图书馆为例,扼要地阐释了阅览室管理与服务工作现状。最后本着以读者需求为导向的理念,对高校图书馆管理与服务工作提出了几点思考和建议。
This article first summarizes the existing researches related to the management and service of reading rooms in university libraries,and then briefly explains the current situation of the reading room management and service of library of Shenzhen University.Finally,based on the principle of taking the readers’needs as the guide,some thoughts and suggestions are put forward for improving the management and service of university libraries.
