摘要
我国住房和城乡建设部于2019年3月发布了新版《绿色建筑评价标准》,并于2019年8月开始实施。2019版新标准在2014版的基础上增加并修改了众多条款。本文以“四节一环保”的基本约束及“以人为本”的核心要求为线索,系统地对比分析了新标准条款的具体变化,详细总结了目前各省市在绿色建筑评价标准的发展现状,并结合相关案例分析了新规范的实施对绿色建设项目的影响。
A new edition of Assessment Standard for Green Building was issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China in March 2019,and the official implementation began in August 2019.The new standard was updated on the basis of the former 2014 edition with many new additions and modifications to the original clauses.This study systematically summarizes the detailed changes,and analyzes the potential impact on green construction projects.A case study is also presented.The implementation of the assessment standard of green building in each province is summarized in detail.
