摘要
葡萄球菌是导致绵羊发病的病原之一,试验为研究中药和西药对葡萄球菌的抑菌作用,从新疆某规模化羊场无菌采集患病羊鼻拭子20份进行细菌分离培养、革兰氏染色、生化鉴定、16S rRNA基因测序等,检出10株葡萄球菌进行药敏试验。试验用水煮法制备甘草药液,采用肉汤微量稀释法测定甘草液对葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。药敏试验表明,葡萄球菌对卡那霉素、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢哌酮、头孢曲松高度敏感,新霉素中度敏感,罗红霉素耐药;甘草对葡萄球菌的MIC为0.5 g/mL。
Staphylococcus is one of the pathogens that lead to the disease of sheep. In the study, in order to study the bacteriostatic effect of Chinese medicine and Western medicine on staphylococcus, 20 nose swabs were collected from a large-scale sheep farm in Xinjiang province for isolation and culture, gram staining, biochemical identification, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing, and 10 staphylococcus were detected for drug sensitivity test. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of liquorice against Staphylococcus was determined by broth microdilution method. The drug sensitivity test showed that Staphylococcus was sensitive to kanamycin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, cefoperazone and ceftriaxone, moderately sensitive to neomycin, resistant to roxithromycin. The MIC of licorice against Staphylococcus was 0.5 g/mL.
