摘要
介绍了电动汽车电池热管理集成产品的模块化工作评价体系。从研发效率提升率、品质效益提升率、可靠性提升率、总成本减少率、客户效益提升率、绿色效益提升率六方面进行了电动汽车电池热管理集成产品的模块化工作效益评价。分别从模块选用率、标准件比例、通用件比例、产品标准化率四方面,对产品的模块化水平进行了综合评价。针对A公司的某款电动汽车热管理集成产品开展了模块化工作评价实践。
This paper introduces the modular work evaluation system of integrated battery thermal management products for electric vehicles modular work benefit evaluation: comprehensive evaluation is carried out from six aspects, namely, the improvement rate of R&D efficiency, the improvement rate of quality benefit, the reduction rate of total cost, the improvement rate of customer benefit and the improvement rate of green benefit. Modularization level evaluation: the comprehensive evaluation was carried out from four aspects of module reuse rate, standard parts proportion, common parts proportion and product standardization rate. An integrated product of thermal management of electric vehicles of A company is used for modular work evaluation practice.
