摘要
现代化企业管理制度当中,档案管理工作是最重要的组成部分,它能够为企业的发展规划提供相应的依据,同时也是企业的核心凝聚力。档案是一个企业重要的资料,见证了企业的生产发展过程。近年来,随着以互联网、大数据、云计算为代表的信息技术在各个领域得到推广应用,传统的档案管理模式已经不能够适应新时期的管理要求,需要我们提高档案的科学化管理水平,以此来顺应时代发展。该文结合实际工作经验,首先探讨了档案管理工作面临的诸多问题,然后论述了提高档案管理科学化水平的路径,希望通过此次研究对广大同行有所帮助。
In the modern enterprise management system,the file management is the most important part,which can provide the corresponding basis for the development planning of the enterprise and is also the core cohesion of the enterprise.Archives are important data of an enterprise,which witness the production and development process of an enterprise.In recent years,with the popularization and application of information technology represented by the Internet,big data and cloud computing in various fields,the traditional file management mode can no longer adapt to the management requirements of the new era.We need to improve the scientific management level of archives so as to adapt to the development of the times.Combined with practical work experience,this paper first discusses many problems faced by the file management work and then discusses the path to improve the scientific level of file management,hoping to help the majority of peers through this study.
