水性环氧树脂掺量对CAE砂浆微观性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究水泥—乳化沥青—环氧树脂复合砂浆(CAE砂浆)中水性环氧树脂掺量对其微观性能的影响,以水性环氧树脂组分与乳化沥青组分的质量比E/A作为水性环氧树脂的掺量,制备E/A=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8四种水性环氧树脂掺量的CAE砂浆,对制备好的CAE砂浆进行X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱测试、SEM扫描电镜等微观测试。结果表明:水性环氧树脂掺量的增加一定程度上减缓了水泥水化的速度;增加水性环氧树脂掺量可以改善CAE砂浆内部的孔结构,通过提高CAE砂浆孔结构的致密性和内部粘结力来减少内部缺陷,并增强CAE砂浆的抗损伤能力。 In order to explore the influence of the content of water-based epoxy resin in cement emulsified asphalt epoxy composite mortar(CAE mortar)on its micro performance,four kinds of water-based epoxy mortar with the content of E/A=0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8 were prepared with the mass ratio of water-based epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt as the content of water-based epoxy resin,and the prepared CAE mortar was X-rayed diffraction,infrared absorption spectroscopy,SEM and other microscopic tests.The results show that the increase of water-based epoxy resin can slow down the rate of cement hydration to a certain extent,the increase of water-based epoxy resin can improve the internal pore structure of CAE mortar,reduce the internal defects of CAE mortar,improve the compactness and internal adhesion of CAE mortar,and enhance the ability of CAE mortar to resist damage.
