摘要
介绍了美国国防部太空发展局(SDA)目前正在开发和部署的更加灵活、弹性、敏捷的“下一代太空体系架构”的设计及建设情况,以实现便利性、多样性、规模性和经济性地进入和利用太空。通过对美国国防部先进研究计划局(DARPA)“黑杰克”项目的研究,以及对美国“下一代太空体系架构”的发展思路及能力进行分析,得出注重军民融合,大规模采用分布式、可扩展的小型卫星星座,构建全方位、多层次的太空架构,形成全天候、全覆盖的太空态势感知能力体系等启示,可为我国在这一领域的技术储备、发展规划及应对策略的制定提供参考。
This paper introduces the design and construction of US next generation space architecture.The architecture being developed by the DoD space development agency(SDA)is more agile,elastic,and prompt,so as to realize entering and utilizing space much more conveniently,multiform,scalability and economic efficiency.This paper follows and researches the DARPA’s Blackjack project,and analyzes the development ideas and capabilities of US next generation space architecture.The following inspirations are concluded in this paper,such as paying attention to civil-military integration,adopting distributed and scalable small satellite constellation on a large scale,constructing comprehensive and multilayer space architecture,and forming the space situation awareness capability system in all-weather and full coverage,etc.This paper can provide reference in technical reserve,development planning and countermeasures constituting for our country in this area.
