摘要
1944年9月,在战局变动和国共力量对比缩小的背景下,中共正式决定以三五九旅一部组建南下支队南征。为此,中共采取组建具有地缘特征的领导队伍、梳理湘赣等苏区历史问题、训练营以上干部、强化部队内部学习、设立家属学校、开展拥军运动、首长阅兵和讲话等举措,对南下支队进行了系统性的战前政治动员。三五九旅南下支队开展的形式丰富的政治动员实践,给南征人员留下了深刻的政治动员记忆,也展现了抗战后期中共正规军日臻成熟的政治动员能力及特殊的精神风貌。
In September 1944,under the background of the change of the war situation and the reduction of the strength balance between the Kuomintang and the CPC,the CPC formally decided to form the southward detachment with a part of the 359th brigade to march southward.To this end,the CPC carried out systematic political mobilization for the southward detachment before the war by establishing a leading team with geographical characteristics,combing historical problems in the Hunan-Jiangxi Soviet Area,training cadres above the battalion commander,strengthening internal learning of the army,establishing family schools,carrying out the movement of supporting the army,and making a parade and speech by the leaders.The relevant measures shaped the deep political mobilization memory of southward detachment of the 359th brigade,showed the gradual mature mobilization ability and the special spirit of the regular army of the CPC in the late period of the Anti-Japanese War.
