Bi_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/污泥活性炭复合催化剂的制备及其可见光催化性能研究 被引量:5

Preparation of Bi_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/sludge activated carbon composite catalyst and study on its photocatalytic performance

摘要 以热裂解市政污泥获得的活性炭(ASS)为载体、钛酸四丁酯为钛源、Bi(NO_(3))_(3)·5H_(2)O为铋源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Bi_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/ASS光催化剂,并测试其对医疗废水中的头孢成分在可见光下的光催化降解活性。结果表明,ASS的最佳制备条件为:污泥预处理的活化剂氯化锌的浓度为2 mol/L、热解温度为600℃、热解时间为40 min;Bi_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)、ASS质量比为1∶1∶2制备的Bi_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/ASS三元催化剂具有较高光催化活性,可见光照射180 min对头孢氨苄的降解率可达70%,优于单体Bi_(2)O_(3)和TiO_(2),表现出优越的可见光光催化性能。 Taking the photocatalytic effect of catalyst as evaluation criteria,activated carbon(ASS)obtained from pyrolysis of municipal sludge as carrier,tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and Bi(NO_(3))3·5 H_(2)O as bismuth source,Bi_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/ASS photocatalyst is prepared by sol-gel method,and its photocatalytic degradation activity for cephalosporin in medical wastewater is tested under visible light.The optimal preparation conditions for ASS are obtained as follows:the concentration of zinc chloride is 2 mol·L^(-1),pyrolysis temperature remains at 600℃,the pyrolysis lasts for 40 min,and the mass ratio of Bi_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2) and ASS is 1∶1∶2.Bi_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)/ASS ternary catalyst prepared under the optimal conditions can realize 70% degradation rate to cephalexin under visible light irradiation within 180 min,which is superior to either Bi_(2)O_(3) or TiO_(2) alone,showing superior visible light photocatalytic performance.
