摘要
偏好是一种理性选择排序。从求职者的就业偏好角度出发,定量研究了求职者就业偏好的不同指标对于其就业的影响。将求职者在选择职业时的影响因素重要程度的主观评价作为求职者就业偏好的指标,根据研究需要通过因子分析降维选择求职者对于单位前景待遇偏好、个人价值偏好、岗位自由舒适度偏好和单位规模地域偏好四个潜在因子值作为就业偏好自变量,定量研究得出在控制人力资本、家庭背景、学校状况和求职努力程度等变量以后,求职者的就业偏好对于求职者就业起薪、就业行业和就业地域具有不同的影响。
Preference is a sequence of rational choice.From the perspective of job seeker’s employment preference,this paper quantitatively studies the influence of different indicators of job seeker’s employment preference on job seeker’s employment.It takes the subjective evaluation of the importance of the influencing factors of job seekers as the index of job seekers’employment preference.According to the research needs,through factor analysis dimension reduction,four potential factor values of job seekers’preference for workplace’s prospects,personal value preference,job freedom and comfort preference and workplace’s size and region preference are selected as the independent variables of employment preference,and the quantitative research shows that job seekers’employment preference has different effects on job seekers’starting salary,employment industry and region after controlling the variables of human capital,family background,school status and job-hunting effort.
