摘要
管幕法是地下暗挖工程超前支护的一种手段,具有强度高、刚度大、隔水强的特点。为在过街通道等较小截面隧道中更为经济合理地使用此项技术,本文提出一种新型半包管幕法隧道支护工艺,结合青岛地铁1号线汽车北站过街通道隧道施工,系统阐述半包管幕法技术原理及关键注意事项,并对新型半包管幕法使用效果进行总结和评价。实际工程应用表明,半包管幕法在充分发挥传统全包管幕法各项优点的同时,在合适地质及环境条件下更为经济可行,可在类似过街通道较小截面隧道中进一步推广应用。
Pipe curtain method is a kind of advanced support method in underground excavation engineering.It has the characteristics of high strength,high rigidity and strong water resistance.In order to use this method more economically and reasonably in small cross-section tunnels such as crossing passage,this paper puts forward a new type of semi-wrapped pipe curtain tunnel support technology,and takes the tunnel construction of the north bus station of Qingdao Metro Line 1 as an example to expound the technical principle and key points for the semi-wrapped pipe curtain method.In addition,the practical application effect of the new technology is summarized and evaluated.The engineering application results show that the semi-wrapped pipe curtain method can give full play to the advantages of the traditional fully wrapped pipe curtain method,and it is more economical and feasible under the suitable geological and environmental conditions.It can be further promoted in the tunnel with small cross-section similar to the street crossing channel.
